Why do I have this menu on one networked HR20-100 and not the other? Both have firmware 0x0312 -
Is the box that has this menu a replacement or new install?

No, the one that doesn't have the menu is a replacement/new install - the one that has the menu got it when the firmware 0x0312 was self installed.

The Misc. Options are usually activated by entering a special code. The code as well as more specific info can be found in the link I provided.
