I think that happened in only in Taiwan and they may "compensate" them

Dell is sending out $30 coupons for each one ordered at the $15 price.

its a shame, same office did it again on a laptop huge error, but they canelled all the orders on laptops, Taiwan isn't 2 happy this has came up more than once now.
btw this was also on tomshardware but since i don't have access (not @ home) atm can't provide new link
