NY and LA network channels?

I am Choice+ w/HD DVR and these channels are not greyed out on my guide, but it says that I am not subscribed to them if I choose them.

Are they only on Premier?

No they are not available to Premier package subscribers.

the short answer is, If you live where you can't get the big 4 OTA, you can get them via sat.... that's why they are in the guide.

They're available to folks who don't have their own locals, under certain rare circumstances.

Or to us lucky ones that can get waivers approved even though they can get an OTA signal from their locals.
