Apparently a couple of online retailers screwed up and for a brief period of time displayed SKU's for Windows 7 Family Pack Upgrade...

Both Prices were less than $145... ($136.95 & $144.95)

Some math would seem to indicate that the non upgrade price would be around $219..

Again, this will cover 3 machines.

Brandon LeBlanc, Windows 7 Team Blog, confirmed that MS will be offering a Windows 7 Family Pack but no details on pricing have been confirmed yet.

$150 for three licenses is a pretty good deal though. Might have to cancel teh $49 upgrade preorder if it turns out to be true.

Looks like it is indeed $150 for the family pack of 3 Windows 7 Home Premium. Very good value given that's the retail pricing...not limited time pre-order pricing.

The Windows 7 Family Pack will be available starting on October 22nd until supplies last here in the US and other select markets. In the US, the price for the Windows 7 Family Pack will be $149.99 for 3 Windows 7 Home Premium licenses. That’s a savings of more than $200 for three licenses.
