Tucson SD locals on CONUS?

Messages on a different site are reporting being able to get Tucson SD locals in Seattle (via a "move"). They seem very credible. They do say it's SD only, no HD. Seattle is obviously far beyond any Tucson spotbeam, so CONUS seems to be the only explanation.

I'm wondering if DTV has a problem with the SD spotbeam for Tucson and has temporarily put those SD locals on CONUS?

At the moment it's not the worth the hassle for me to "move" to confirm the situation but maybe someone here can shed some light. If it is a spotbeam problem I don't expect DTV to confirm it. It might be interesting to see if any other locals have been moved to CONUS.

Maybe they saw the Seattle weather forecast for the weekend and thought it must be Tucson (unless it was actually Jimmy Stewart doing the forecast) :D

I enjoyed the Tucson locals when I lived there, but wouldn't "move".
