I was wondering if anyone has ran into this problem. A client of mine has a Hughes E-86 high def receiver. He has a roof top antenna going through it to pick up his local high def channels. One local channel keeps wanting to jump from 0-100%. It will not stay steady. A friend of mine told me that these receivers have a problem of getting extremely hot and can mess with the tuner. The receiver was very hot so we took it out of the entertainment center they had it in and set it on top to see if this would solve it. Has anyone else read about this??
