Anyone else totally hooked on this visualization plug in? I had the original on my computer a longtime ago but it got removed many sys restores ago, I just thought about it last week and tried out the new Geiss 4.23. It is SWEET. If you haven't tried it, have Winamp 2.XX and enjoy cool visual effects synced to the music give it a whirl! :righton: Ryan is a true genius at this stuff!

I used the old one way back when I was using winamp a lot. 3-4 years ago. I really liked it then but was turned onto something else I and I can't remember what it was called. I'm thinking it was a seperate player even but maybe it was just a different pluggin. The name was similar I think but the visualization was just mind blowing. It constantly changed and was excellent with following the beat and rythm of the song. I would of been sometime in the first half of 2000 when I was using it.

It was the Sonique player and the Smear plugin, which actually still exist!

I don't know how it is or what id does/doesn't do, but it did look really cool with the smear visualization. ;)

Perhaps I've just got something set wrong, but when I run any visualizations at full screen using winamp, the images are incredibly slow. (They seem to run ok in a small window.) Windows Media Player doesn't seem to have this problem (although it periodically just doesn't want to open up the visualizations full screen at all)

Is there a way to optomize or fix this? This is with an Athlon 2000+ computer with 256 ram and a Radeon 9000 card.
