Live TV Conflict Error Msg [Archive]

HR10/100 with 0x312, Probably since this 6/10 upgrade, I can't record one channel and switch to view another. I get this error msg as a banner and then the following below:

Available tuners are recording. Select one of them to tune to [the channel I want to switch to].

Then it only shows the tuner that I'm recording. I have the two inputs from the multiswitch plugged in to the DVR inputs.

Anybody seen this? Any solution? If I'm watching one channel, go into the Guide and hit Record on a different channel, it switches me to watching the recording channel.

What happened to recording one channel and viewing another?

Have you tried going into the system settings and rebooting the receiver? It sounds like it thinks it is operating in single tuner mode for some reason.

Power-cycled before I posted, then on your advice, reset it from the menu. No change.

Have you checked all the cables to make sure they are securely connected and tried going through the sat setup again yet?

In Setup, I also get:

Tuner 1:SAT, Record
Tuner 2:SAT

It appears that Tuner 2 is not setup to record. The input cable was not plugged in prior to the original post, but I plugged it in and re-energized. [then rebooted from the menu.]

Maybe I should disconnect everything and start over. Any thoughts?
