Direct TV home services phone numbers?

Just curious if anyone has contact information for any of the higher ups at direct tv home services (formerly known as Aerosat USA)

I have a friend who is having problems with a contractor that is refusing to pay him, and hes not the only who has been having problems with this specific contractor, local mid management has been little to no help at all.

Unfortunately, DirecTV isn't going to be of any help. Your friend's contract is with the subcontractor, and he's the only one who is liable/responsible for paying. DirecTV or their HSPs won't get involved, because they can't. At most, they can fire the subcontractor who owes your friend, but they can't legally get invovled in his business.

Hey AVMaster, i had a similar problem. Contracting company (Matrix Communications) would not pay me my money they owed about 3 weeks worth of money (they were about 1 month late). I called the head people in charge of Connect Television and told them that i was going to sue them and put a property lein on all the custumers houses that i installed, i was going to call each custumer that i had installed and let them know i will be putting a lein on your house because the company that iam working for will not pay for the services i did, so because they will not pay, YOU the custumer will have to pay for the installation that i provided for your house.
After that Connectv called the installation company that i worked for and told them we do not want to have custumers unhappy and complaning calling Directv and then them calling us, either pay the guy (me) or lose your contract with us.
They ended up paying me the same day.
Or you can file a wage claim with your department of labor & wages devision (if you go this route expect to take 2 to 3 months to get paid and have detailed paperwork to verify your claim), the good thing about this is that they penalize the company every day they don't pay you, so if takes 2 weeks, you will get a percentage equivelant of those two weeks until they pay up.
When i made the call to Connect i had every intention of doing what i described. Even though they were not my employer, i felt as they had and obligation to put these contract companies on check or risk having mad custumers calling them and DIrectv.

Well DirecTv has officially purchased another HSP. ConnecTV will become O&O on Monday the AFS operations that ConnecTV has will become a seperate entity know as HDExperts. Wonder how long before they gain control of all the HSP'S:confused:
