Sat recvr phone line interference

Hi I have 3 sont sat-B65 receivers which have the on-screen caller ID. I want to use this feature but if I leave the units plugged in my telephones lose alot of volume and sometimes won't ring I have 3 phones hooked up and have the problem no matter which unit is hooked to the telephones I only need one for the caller ID. any ideas??? thanks

maybe a phone line issue but contact Sony first.In my 17 tech years I havent seen that problem. Rich
