Finally a GREAT christmas party!

We went last night to jens christmas party, held at a local restaurant. She is a nurse so they are typically shop talk affairs of yucky subjects, and I feel like a 5th wheel. Well the hospital hired a NEW nurse whos husband happens to be a major E dealer! We had LOTS to talk about and the nurses groaned, shop talk:( I howled and said its not gross talk of nurses getting peed and poo thrown at them. Pittsburgh has one of the highest age of patients nationwide, so most patients are geriactic ones.

I had the same sort of thing happen at Thanksgiving.

A distant relative was telling me about how much she liked her 501.

I told her about these forums and the pending upgrades, like the 9 day guide, she did not know about.

She told me about her installation woes. (3 receivers to 5 TV's and three 501's returned to Dish.

Anyway, it was fun to have some "dishchat" while trying to keep all the kids (ages 4. 8 and 14) from killing each other.
