Triple LNB

I have a triple lnb for my dish which I am getting DTV.My question is my 101 sats have 90-100 percent signal,my 110s are the same but my 119s are between 60-65 percent signal strength.What could be the problem with that sat

Unless you get your locals from 119, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
However, I'd say that the tilt is probably off a little.
Post you signal strengths for all TPs on the sats.

all the channels come in good exept for the locals.If its a sunny day it says searching for signal.If its rainy they come in pretty good

Are there any trees in the way. IT would be to right of where the dish is pointing.

My problem with some transponders on 119 going out on sunny afternoons was due to a bad lnb (plastic covers scratched/warped?).

that could be.its an older lnb

Check your tilt setting compared to your location.

all the channels come in good exept for the locals.If its a sunny day it says searching for signal.If its rainy they come in pretty goodSkew/tilt rarely changes by itself after a few months of corrosion rust build up on the threads. But LNBs do become temperature sensitive as they age. Take a hose and squirt the LNB assenbly on a sunny day when it shows searching for signal, the water should cool off the LNB and you probably will get a picture back. The LNB should also work on a cool night if the heat of the sun is causing the problem.

I live in florida and now since it is nighttime the locals are coming in fine

I'm leaning toward the heat sensitive LNB as the problem.
So cool it off tomorrow when you get the searching for signal message.

I'd get a replacement LNB. Should be cheap on eBay etc.
