I just noticed I was billled for SuperFan as well as NFL ST. NFL ST I understand..but I didn't pay for SF last year, so why was I billed automatically for it?
Can they remove the SF billing from my bill (due 8/16) by itself or do I have to give up the NFL ST with it? I mean if they are gonna bill them together they should advertise the price together, or did I miss something?
Also is the $16.50 for SF a one time fee or is it monthly? I'm trying to figure out why I'm paying now a 3rd fee for HD signals.
I'm not a dissatisfied customer, I would just like to know I'm gonna be billed for something I haven't yet signed up for yet. Again..unless it's something in the "fine print".
Just like NFL Sunday Ticket Auto Renews every year, So does Superfan. You need to be calling Customer Retention and asking for them to waive the Superfan cost again for this year. Superfan auto renews and is $99 unless you call to try and get the cost waived. That $16.50 price is a monthly charge for the next 6 months for Superfan.

When I signed up for NFL ST + SF this year, this line is included on my statement:
06/19 07/18 NFL SuperFan Will Not AutoRenew Next Season 0.00

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm actually thinking of not getting the NFL ST at all, as me and the wife discussed it and decided it probably wasn't worth it.
Besides if I want to watch New Orleans...I can always call my mom and have her turn on my slingbox back in Louisiana!
Besides if I want to watch New Orleans...I can always call my mom and have her turn on my slingbox back in Louisiana! That's what I was going to do, have my brother connect my Slingbox to his DVR, since he lives in my teams home market. I figured I could get the games in SD for free that way. After watching games in HD, I just couldn't settle for SD, since I can fit the cost of NFL ST + SF in my budget.

He canceled NFL ST, so it doesn't really matter anymore. I believe he was referring to the fact that they list 3 seperate charges on your statement when you sign up for NFL ST + SF. The are: NFL ST, SF and HD for $0.00.

I said I was "thinking of not getting the NFL ST at all"....Please do not misinterpret my statements.
I haven't done anything yet.
3rd Fee for HD:
2 for HD packages (non-sporting).
3rd is for SF.
"The are: NFL ST, SF and HD for $0.00." Mine doesn't say $0.00...SF is $16.50.

Are you referring to these:
1. HD Access
2. HD Extra Pack
3. NFL ST SuperFan
HD Extra Pack is optional, Superfan is NOT just the games in HD. There is a TON more you get with Superfan besides the games in HD.

"The are: NFL ST, SF and HD for $0.00." Mine doesn't say $0.00...SF is $16.50.Sorry, I misread what you said. I just double checked my latest statement and here are the items related to NFL ST + SF:
07/19 08/18 NFL SUNDAY TICKET 2009 Early Bird in 5 Payments..................$55.99
07/19 08/18 NFL SUNDAY TICKET SuperFan 09 Early Renewal in 6 Payments $16.50
06/19 07/18 NFL SuperFan Will Not AutoRenew Next Season.........................$0.00
Also, since I have the Choice+ HD DVR pacakge, my other listing inclludes the cost of HD in the package price. If you have a package that doesn't include HD, you would have a seperate line for HD and $10. And if you have the HD Extra Pack, most people get it free for 3 mo's, then they charge for it.
07/08 08/07 PLUS HD DVR Monthly $75.99
