Say you were to "move"....does anyone have tips on how to get the distant networks from DTV. Is there any instance where you would get both NY/LA.
There must be a loop hole somewhere?

There is no more loop for dual coast DNS. And only few places left without locals of some sort. Add some station's reluctance to give waivers. And it becomes a tough nut to crack.

To answer part of your inquiry, if you qualify for DNS, you can receive both NY/LA, but only one will be in HD. Seeking info on how to "move" just to receive DNS, or certain "locals" will get your thread Closed really, really quick.

SD DNS waivers will or can get you both coasts but HD DNS waivers are only for the coast closest to you.

Sorry .. This is not the type of discussion that is allowed at DBSTalk.com. While it may not be illegal to you, it is illegal for DIRECTV and definitely violates your terms of service with DIRECTV.
