Well, the installer has come and gone and I'm left with a brand new (not refurb) HR22-100 and a D12-500, also brand new. I had the choice between an HR21 (refurb) and the HR22. I chose the new HR22 figuring the larger hard drive was worth the possible trouble I may encounter. I'm hoping I'm one of those lucky guys with a relatively trouble free experience with the HR22. I know it has had some bad reports on here, but I just figured the larger drive and being brand new was a better option. I'm sure wishing I had held on to my HR20-700, especially since no OTA local HD's are available here so I have to get the AM21 I guess if I want to record those.
So now I wait... At least I can watch Sponge Bob again! :lol:
