Not a 721 bug, but slightly interesting...

Press menu.
Select Timers.
When you press select Timers, watch closely near the upper left hand corner of the screen. Near the background dish network logo, you will see a flash of a cursor.

Well, I find it mildly interesting.

I could not notice it but maybe thats because my screen is slightly cut off on my projection tv.

Yes, I can see it any time I leave the menu area (not just for timers).
It only shows up for about 1/4 of a second. Looks kinda like a mouse pointer,arrow pointing up and slightly to the left.

Along the same lines, when you clear the "Info" screen, you can briefly see 5 little boxes lined up along the bottom-left corner of the screen. They don't seem to belong there, either. But this stuff is benign...lets hope that they attend to the pixellation problem before cleaning up minor cosmetics.

I see it. after you do that. do the same thing and hit cancel and it will stay there.
