Anyone get upgrades for Ultimate TV units?

I've had my Utv units since Dtv started them, been a fan too.

But I know they are getting out dated and was wondering if anyone has had any luck getting them updated with newer DVR's without costing them a fortune :)

I doubt it. I had 5 of them when I started upgrading to HD and D* gave me no incentives at all, even being a 10+ year subscriber. As they died (usually HD failure), D* replaced them with R15's under the PP. The funny thing was when I called about the last one. The CSR kept telling me to open the door on the lower right corner and press the red button. I kept telling him that UTV's didn't have that and he kept insisting. SO, I said I pressed it and till had the same message. :-)
