RG6 dual-shield (i.e., standard) with solid-copper center conductor (as opposed to copper-clad steel).

Belden 1694a RG6 is pretty much the top of the line and excellent for long runs.
I have always used RG6 QUAD shield which used to be the satellite standard, but I just had my dish moved and the Dish installer used standard RG6. Quad shield is considered satellite cable and is available at Lowes/Home Depot, also at Radio Shack but at a higher price.
