Showtime Anniversary Gift SD Only. Normal?

My Showtime anniversary gift is SD only. When I tune to the HD channels, I get the standard "Channel not purchased" message. Is this normal for gift subscriptions?

Also, has anyone ever tried to trade a gift. With Champions League moving primarily to Fox Soccer, I would rather get the Sports Pack for a year.

i have the same gift as of 2 weeks ago and get all the HD channels with it. you should call them. My dad had the same problem he could'nt get all the channels until he called.

All my free Showtimes are SD and HD, since January, on all receivers. Probably should call.

When offered, I commented that I would rather have free HBO for a year, but the CS rep said that was all she could offer.

Please also note that FSC is SD only for now, but there are rumors out there that the HD feed is coming soon.
