Good, at least they are fighting for the rights of customers instead of just letting this go by.

Fighting this in court may be fighting for consumer wrights, however this is only a by product because if this law is allowed to stay, it will be a competitive disadvantage for D* and E* in competing with cable and will open the door for other states to do the same. I personally think it will be struck down in the courts, if it is not many of us will be paying more for satellite in the future. :blackeye:

Its too bad E* & D* have to incur laywer and court fee etc for this silly tax. It hurts all customers in the long run. But I am still very glad they are fighting for our rights.

Get rid of bush too . he thinks more about himself then taxpayers . Who does he think pays the taxes , the tax fairy ?
