Don't rule out www.parts-express.com either... their prices are close to monoprice and for those on the east coast shipping could be less.

Depending on specifically what you need, it's worth shopping around because no one seller seems to have the lowest prices on every item. I've had good prices and service from www.cablesforless.com (http://www.cablesforless.com).

monoprice is usually where I get my stuff too, but there's always deals on the web.

HERE'S (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001OC6DCW)one at Amazon for $3.99 and FSSS.

If you have a Fry's nearby, THIS (http://shop2.frys.com/product/5406989?site=sr:SEARCH:MAIN_RSLT_PG)cable is $1.99 in store.

Meritline has a deal on an HDMI switcher PLUS 3 HDMI cables for $24 shipped, HERE. (http://www.meritline.com/hdmi-v1-3-hdcp-3-ports-mini-switch-with-3-pcs-of-hdmi-cable---p-33053.aspx)

Firefold (http://www.firefold.com/HDMI-Cable-13b-30AWG-6-Foot-With-Gold-Plated-Connectors-w-FireFold-Logo-P4469.aspx)has 6' cables for $1.49

You can get a 4 pack of 6' cables from buy.com for $11.99, HERE. (http://www.buy.com/prod/4-pack-of-super-high-resolution-6-foot-hdmi-m-m-cables-gold-plated/q/loc/108/211468046.html)

HERE'S (http://www.amazon.com/HDMI-meter-foot-cable-1080P/dp/B0002L5R78/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1249533940&sr=8-1)a cable for 3 cents (plus shipping).

Mail order is often much cheaper than the Monster cables sold at the stores.

I would say that mail order is ALWAYS cheaper!:D

When I bought my 1080p TV from Circuit City, the salesman tried to sell me a 6 foot Monster hdmi cable for only $89. He tried to tell me that I would get better 'signal reception' with a Monster cable. Little did he know that part of my job is working with RF and digital communications equpiment.:eek2:

They're more expensive than monoprice, but I also like Blue Jeans Cable. Admittedly partly because they were threatened with a lawsuit by Monster and their response was basically "Bring it, I missed the thrill of the court room."

Come to think of it, never heard more from that case...
