I am having trouble with my Hughes GAEBOA Receiver and two different remotes. The original remote and a Radio Shack universal. It seems that they just don't want to work correctly anymore.
The Hughes is in the basement with the receiver and the Universal is in the bedroom working through a RCA extender. Neither one will work in the basement consistently and now rarely from the bedroom (both were working fine for about a month).
I talked to D* and they said that I should replace the batteries (both work the TV's just fine) and to also reset the remote by removing the batteries and holding the 1 button for 10 seconds. Of course all worked fine on the phone with him and now 30 minutes later neither is working right now.
Any ideas???
