As posted on other forums, apparently you are not gonna be able to do time shifting thing with US network HD.......only with SD.

Bell is a communications company....IMO Bell ExpressVu should provide some clear info about this on their website!

ExpressVu's Website Link (http://www.bell.ca/shop/application/commercewf?origin=noorigin.jsp&event=link(goto)&content=/jsp/content/personal/catalog/satellites/programming_packages/release3/popup_hdtv.jsp)
Customers living East of Manitoba receive network feeds from Boston. Customers living in and West of Manitoba plus all three Territories receive network feeds from Seattle.

In discussions on other forums, it became apparent what's really happening is that the HD networks is becoming another theme and will include the SD networks, it can be purchased separately at $9.95 (CAN), and for $1 it can get the "other" time zone, just like SD networks.

You will have to adjust your package with BEV to replace the SD networks theme with the HD network theme, in order to avoid getting charged for the alacarte HD network package once the free preview period ends.
