programming upgrade - not updated on all receivers

I recently upgraded to AEP + HD. I have 3 receiver's - vip 722, 510, 311.
At the time of upgrade 311 was not connected to the power, as I was doing some room remodeling. Now I hooked it up and the programming is still reflecting the old package. What do I need to do to get the proper packages? 722 and 510 are OK.

Call or chat in. Tell the agent the 311 was unplugged when the package was changed and could he/she please send a hit for the programming? That easy. Wish the online accounts allowed customers to self-hit.

Just call dish and have them re-hit your account

My god, I just tried chatting with them, they're worst morons than the ones I typically get on the phone. I'm being transferred to the technical chat now...

I hate calling DN, just found out that chatting is no different.

Now going through every single detail of the 311 set-up. Software versions and all... I think I'll just close the chat session if she transfers me to another rep and disconnect the 311 as I don't use it that often

What are you not getting on the 311? Perhaps the missing channels are MPEG4, in which case the 311 is unable to tune (actually the 510 would also not be able to get MPEG4).

Besides all the HD channels, there are SD channels in MPEG4 on the Eastern arc. So depending on which satellites you are aimed at will determine what the 311 & 510 will miss.
