NFL-ST Blackouts and Supercast question

If a local game is blacked out can you still watch it on Supercast or Supercast mobile? Can they tell what market you are in based on login or IP address or anything like that?

It is based on you account.
If it is blacked out on your home TV, it will be blacked out on mobile.
