I do not get them (wish I could), but have seen that they occasionally get turned on. I was wondering if anyone knew why they were occasionally turned on? Is it a random error or do they do it for certain events?

I have noticed this also. I've noticed usually when they get turned on are on the weekends usually for a national event like a big golf match and it is usually only CBS or NBC that get turned on. It's hardley ever FOX. FOX distant channel has been turned on a few times this baseball season. But it was only like 2 or 3 Saturdays this season.

Some say they get turned on when someone loses their locals. When its on everyone can get it. I know last year there was alot of NFL games on the DNS channels. Not all of them were SD but alot of them were. I also noticed alot in the last year that some of the SD DNS channels would be on during prime time. Never hurts to look. Why dont you submit the waivers for them?

Wish I could get a waiver approved, but we are not eligible for them.

Because you get locals from D* or because you live in a grade A or B signal area?
