The UK series HEX is being run on Chiller starting tonight. (Sunday 9/13) I missed it when it ran on BBC-A a few years ago, but thought it looked interesting. It's about witches in a boarding school or some such.

Chiller's picked up a number of good series recently and is starting to come into it's own as a channel. I'm hoping that both Chiller and Sleuth go HD when the new Directv satellite launches early next year.

Hex was on one of DirecTV channels a few years ago (BBCA? HDNET? I don't remember!). It started out interestingly enough, but...

I thought it lost it's way a bit when the girl who I thought was the main character got killed off and replaced by a less interesting character. The previous main character reappeared as a "recalled" spirit or ghost a few times, but I lost interest and stopped watching.

I thought it was a good series on BBCA and was sorry to see it end.

Did not read the spoiler so I will check it out. The lack of HD on Directv makes it hard to try. But I will anyhow.

Couldn't agree more!! I continued to the end, but really was not enjoying it nearly as much. What kept me watching was knowing that it had a set time-span to run, so I knew they had to wrap up storylines and not leave us hanging.
