Sunday TICKET WORKS ON MY HR21 and HR22. It doesn't work on one HR20 but the other HR20 can gets SD games.
Calling customer service is useless. the automated system can't find my record (too busy I'm sure) and when it transfers you it drops.
The most annoying part is the messages telling you how to order SUnday Ticket

This is CRAZY!!!! So far I've been on hold for over 30min after twice being disconnected while on hold!!. I have tried resetting my recvrs and have tried the online refresh. All to no avail. The website must be overloaded as it takes forever to load a page. I receive SD only. Have had HD service since it was offered. Don't know what else to do????????????

Did you pay for Superfan this year or get it free? It's the only way to get HD games.

It was part of the deal they offered me. Free SF plus $20 of programming credits for 6 months. The credits are being applied. The SF was on the online site when I last checked it weeks ago. Their site is so overloaded right now I can't check. Now when you call all you get is a busy signal. I can't get thru to anyone!!

I know exactally what you went though i have the same deal and had no superfan today. Finally got though to customer service after 4 tryes got disconnected twice in the proccess got superfan back but my free hd extra had been removed had to call back to get that taken care of spent anouther go round trying to get cs on the line. After 1hr 45min on the phone had all programming back. what a mess. :nono2: :mad:
