When I had Dish installed back in March I had to buy my 622 due to having 3 recievers. After about a month I bought a Hd tv to hook up to it and found the HDMI output didn't work. They sent me a replacement and told me to ship the other one back or be charged for it. I did this. After about a month the new (refurb) one kept rebooting so they sent another replacement. I didn't get a return label so I called Dish back. The CSR told me since I bought it I didn't need to return the broken one? I questioned her over and over and she said she is putting a note on the account (which I don't believe because I have been told that but the notes don't show up). So anyway if this is true what can I do with this box?

Call them and insist on a return box, you own one receiver not two.
Sometime down the road, you'll get a $450 charge for the unreturned receiver.

I didn't get a return label
This happened to me once (or so I thought at the time). They sent me another return label by mail. After it arrived I found the "missing" label, it was under the bottom flaps of the box the replacement receiver came in.
they should staple the return label to the rest of the paperwork that comes with a replacement receiver. {That's logical, rational thinking, stop it immediately!}
