Does anyone have any clue what the code 11-684 means for the HR20-100? I ask because I had to get one of my HR20-100's replaced due to this error code. I was told there was no fix to just wait for the replacement to be mailed and then mail the bad one back.
I just want to know what exactly happened to the box. The first sign of problems was about a week or so before was the receiver kicking off the Sat2 In off "Searching for Sat 2 Signal". This happening when zero obstructions on a clear day on multiple days. First it was every other day, then everyday, then multiple times per day, then I lost both Sat In 1 & 2. Went through all steps with Customer Service and when they heard the code 11-684 was initiated all steps stopped and they said a replacement was on the way due to that code meaning the box is not fixable.
Just curious what happened. Help me, I'm sure there are some who are more schooled in this stuff than I.
