I'm a new customer whose 90 day deal expired. I called to bag the movie channels or see if I could get a better deal. They offered me HBO and Cinemax for $15, which I accepted.
Nothing changed on my HD DVR or SD box. I used the "reset the box" feature on directv.com to do my bedroom SD box. It didn't update right away, but did some time before the next morning.
However, my HD DVR has not updated yet. I have rebooted it twice and used the online reset once.
I don't know if this is related, but my caller ID service has been spotty or nonexistent for a few weeks now, too. My phone line is plugged into the HD DVR.
Any ideas?
