Your 99 CONUS readings are pretty poor so the spotbeams may be getting whacked.

Are you receiving HD LILs or not?

Yes, where are you? Basically, your software is limiting your 99b and 103a readings to show the transponders that are applicable to your service location. If your service location is different than your actual location, it'll show zeros in those transponders that aren't N/A. This is something new. Your service location in the LA market?
