Another article about DirecTV's rapidly sinking ship of customer service. I remember when they were number one. It's why I switched from Dish to DirecTV. Is it Liberty Media's fault like the author states? I don't know, but it is getting bad....I hope they get the hint and start fixing it soon. Otherwise, customers are going to continue to leave....

While the topic is a problem, one must look at the source to have a better understanding of his "view/bias".

I know who the author is. If it was the only article I've read, I might dismiss it. It's not, there are more and more out everyday.
