Noggin/The N changing names

Effective September 28th, 2009, NOGGIN will be renamed Nick Jr. (Channel 301), and The N will be renamed TeenNick (Channel 303).

It wasn't meant to be breaking news, just a head's up. Some people will have forgotten the announcement and may be surprised when they turn to those channels and find something with a different name.

They'll have the exact same programming as far as I can tell. Just like the old Mc DLT is now the Big and Tasty. Different name, same burger.

They probably won't. Kids don't pay attention to minor details like the name of the channel, they just want to watch Sponge Bob.

Yo Gabba Gabba in HD is actually pretty good. Plus the bass of the show hits the sub pretty good. NickJr is on 24 hours a day in my house. :)
