List of functions for 508 remote?

Is there a list of "unoffical functions/codes?" the Dish 508 remote can perform (as there is for the ReplayTV). Things like quickskip moving forward more than 30 seconds at a time and different ways to move through the menus. Thanks.

Are you talking about secrete codes or just the basic functionality of all the features that are not always mentioned?

You can press a number and the FWD button while in the program guide and it will go ahead that number of hours. Also you can press the skip ahead button and go ahead 24 hours for each time you press it. If you are already ahead in the guide then you can press a number and press the BACK button and it will take you back that number of hours and you can press the skip back button to go back 24 hours as well. You cannot go back any further than the present.

Thanks, that is what I am interested in. Things you can do to make life easier while in the menus, playing back recorded shows, etc... For my older Replay there are a bunch of these functions that are not in the manuals, but are in lists that can be found on the Replay forums. I was hoping someone had done this for the 508.

Sometimes they also add functionality after a receiver comes out therefore it would not be found in the manual. Also they will add a sheet of paper or booklet showing those additional features added. They should send these to customers once they add the features if they dont already.
