So I hooked up an antenna to my HR20 because I wanted to record the Ken Burns film in HD, and I was sure we didn't get PBS in HD. After I hook it up, I see that I do get WCET in HD without the antenna. It's OK, I just used an antenna I had laying around, now have access to the subchannels and some rain fade protection (though some channels aren't working like ABC). But when did Cincinnati get PBS in HD? How long have I been oblivious?

It was addded this summer. I don't remember exactly when.

The bad news is that Dayton added ThinkTV 16 in HD, which Time Warner carries here and we don't get it. We are still waiting for Kentucky Educational TV (channel 54) and ThinkTV (14) out of Oxford.

I believe the people who run ThinkTV (14 and 16) bought WCET this summer and they said they are eventually reprogram the three stations to reduce content overlap. So in the future, getting all three (likley only by OTA) may be necessary.
