Timeline for rollout of Locals

Does anyone know anything concerning more official dates for the rollout of some of the locals which were announced by E? I am looking for Johnstown/Altoona which Dish originally told me in August, then I heard September. I am wondering because just prior to the rollout, I wanna get stocked up on my Clubdish certs. Not having locals has been the only thing holding me back in the past. heck, once locals hit, I probably will burn right through them up to my yearly limit (at least I hope...)
I am getting antsy since my local tv stations have said they have heard very little from Dish since Dish announced that they planned to carry the market. Could it be we are one of those who were "subject to change"???

They had quarter 2, 3, and 4 local launch plans but I bet they will be delayed and not all come out unless we hear about their plans on getting something up at 105 and the SuperDish this coming Tech Chat. If they do not mention it on there, avoid those questions with some unclear responses, or tell us they dont know, and maybe even give us some bad news, i would not expect a lot of those locals by year's end. The Tech Chat guys know that they are going to get questions about these locals, SuperDish, HD, and all that. Perhaps this is why they cancelled the last Tech Chat.
