Getting some weird numbers on 101 which has me a bit stumped. I've running a SL3 with a WB68.

101
88 88 86 0 85 95 88 95
88 93 91 0 91 97 89 97
89 0 91 0 92 97 92 96
91 57 91 0 91 96 89 96

In addition, 103 13v odd is giving me a red X. But all transponders are coming in fine on 103 and 99 with good numbers.

I switched the four incoming cables around in the WB68 but keep getting same results so I'm figuring it's not the cables. Thoughts?

Transponders 4, 12, 18, 20, 26, 28 on 101 are spot beam transponders and a 0 or very low reading on 4-5 them is normal as they carry SD local channels which do not pertain to your area.

However since you have zeros on all of them with the exception of only a 57 on Tp. 26 I wonder if you might be in a MPEG-4 only locals area where locals are transmitted on the 99 or 103 satellites.

Pay no attention to the red X during receiver set-up as it is not a reliable indicator. As long as you are receiving all channels from 103 you are fine.

Though if you wish you may use a better indicator on test channels 480 and 481 for the 103 satellite.

Gotcha. I checked all the test channels and all good.
