Anybody ever heard about a H23 having a message code 721 after having D* activated the receiver on all the channels. What are the reasons that might be causing this to happen. Thanks!

It means you're receiver is not aware that it can show you the channels. 721 basically means you don't subscribe to that channel. Call the automated system and tell it technical then say 721. If that doesn't work say it didn't work and it should get you to a representative.
