508 search error

From time to time I get a search error when doing a search with my 508. It seems to only effect my 508 and not my 501. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I have to do a reset to correct the problem.

I get that search error a lot now. It has only started happenening to me since the 1.96 update.

Yes I get this error periodically. I usually have to pull the plug and do a full reboot to get the search to work again. It just started doing this recently.

I have contacted Tech Support and they are aware of the problem and claim they are working on a solution.
