Dropouts on HD locals

I'm getting dropouts on my HD locals. I'm in Worcester, MA, so the Boston locale. What satellite do the HD locals reside on in Boston, and which transponder? I don't think it has ever been adjusted right. The installer didn't exactly exude confidence.

I have a 5LNB dish, not a slimline, the first one. Any tips for adjustment? Is it possible to do adjustment with just an HR20?
