View Full Version : Eastwick not recording

I have Eastwick set to record on my HR21/700 as a season pass. It shows up in the To Do list, but never records. The day after it is still in the To Do list, at the top of the list, with a Yesterday time stamp. This has now happened two weeks in a row. I rebooted the receiver last week after it happened, yet the problem still persists. Any ideas?

Delete the SL and recreate it. That has often resolved the issue when the reboot has not.

This has been reported by other folks as well. I would suggest not only redoing the SL but also redoing any SLs that take place at the same time. I can't say if it's a guide data issue or an issue somewhere else down the line but I've seen people report success by redoing all the Series Links for a particular hour.
