OK guys, silly question time!
Never hooked up a phone line to my receiver before...but I am curious..
Do I have to plug a phone line into each receiver? or will one communicate to all receivers in my home?
BTW, I have Vonage.
You'll need to plug a phone line into every receiver that you want CID to appear on.

The H and HR series receivers work well with Vonage. Note sure about the R series. But you will need to connect to all receivers to see CID on each TV.
I have vonage hooked into the master bedroom hr22-100 - works great, cid comes up everytime.

Yup, after my Vonage/TiVo experience (hardly ever worked) I was happy to see that Vonage and the HR20's CID are very happy together. :)
