I have 2 hddvr's & 2 pcs. One pc is a laptop, i connect via a att gateway wireless modem. Is this ok for the directv2pc if i get 2 wireless eathernet wall adapters? Won't my gateway be the same as a wireless eathernet adapter? Directv doesn't give me a clear answer, if buy a wireless eathernet adapter it's not returnable. I need to know exactly what i need before moving on.

Your AT&T Gateway Wireless Modem just beams your network connection around your house. You also need an "Ethernet Gaming Adapter" or "Ethernet Bridge" to connect your HD DVRs to your home network. The Linksys WGA600N or WET610N are recommended for easy plug & play connection. DirecTV sells these as their "Wireless Networking Connection Kit" via your DirecTV.com account.
