What is the best cover for a slimeline dish?

Snow & Rain, But mostly Snow..

For snow I can see, but it won't do a lot of good for rain.

Many have used PAM or similar product to make the dish more slippery to snow. But, that can get sticky over time and make things worse.
The best bet is to use some kind of dish heater. To remove snow some use a super soaker.
