I've tried everything I know, but can not solve this problem. I was woundering if anyone has had this problem and found a solution.

Have you tried booting into Safe Mode with Network Support and have you tried using the recovery console?

Yes I have. I've been working on this clients system for two day's to no avail. I mirrored the dive to new drive and installed windows to a different directory which will save documents and .pst data, but I would really like to fix the problem if I can (ego thing).
