R22 losing all signal

I have 3 r22's, and an hr23 hooked up to a 3lnb ka/ku dish, no SWiM, runs on a 6x16 multiswitch. Every few days, one of the R22's kinda flakes out and loses all signal- as in all transponders on both tuners on all sats will show as 0. Reboot the reciever, and all is well, but then it happens again after a few days.

Since I know you'll ask, Ill post back the signal strengths when I get off work, but I don't see that being the issue, since it works fine, when it works, and the readings when it's not working are obviously incorrect.

How long are the cable runs from the dish to the multiswitch, and from the multiswitch to the "problem" DVRs?

I have had old units pre dtv brand that did this and it was a power supply in the unit. Have also seen multi switches cause this.

Swap the problem unit with another in that location. See if either the old unit in a new location or new unit in the old location do it again. This will tell if its your unit or possible multi switch. Could be cable but doubt it since its happening on 2 tuners. Seen this with corroded cable joins on 1 line but not 2. Can happen but rare.
