7/10 Ren & Stimpy on TNN/Spike TV

The 3rd episode of the season is actually the episode that got John K. fired many years ago from the original show. The one with "George Liquor"

I guess this one dosen't count for me giving them 3 tries before I delete the Timer from my pvr, or Does it?

Although I've laughed more in the 1st 10 minutes on this one than 60 minutes total of the two previous NEW episodes.

The New ones Suck

I promised myself I would watch 3 new ones before making a permanent decision. So this Thurs determines if I remove the timer.

Nothing beats the old ren and stimpys, the new ones stink.

After seeing the Combo "Firedogs 1& 2" episode, the 1st original 15 minutes were great, the later Current 15 minutes were terrible, I finally removed the new Ren and Stimpy from my 508.

I still have the last three Ren & Stimpy episodes on my hard drive, which is unusual for me since I usually watch the next day and delete. I guess I don't want to waste my time watching the new ones, but yet at the same time I do want to watch them. Maybe someday when I'm really bored...

I don't like the new Ren & Stimpy. I only watch the old episodes that The New TNN has on later that night.

The last one (2nd half of show should only be watched on a empty stomach). If you accidentally deleted them, it would not be a great loss.

Last Thursday's show was a great contrast between the old and the new episodes. I was laughing continually during "Fire Dogs". But when "Fire Dogs 2" was on, my expression went from laughter to an expression only seen on some one watching a horrible traffic accident!

And who in the planet could have thought that the live-action "honeymooners" skit was funny? It was INSULTING to the memory of Jackie Gleason.

I'm done with the new episodes.

The Original "Firedogs 1" episode had sooo much that was funny,

1) Stimpy exercising by doing the stairs and firepole (but reverse gravity)
2) The "Save my Baby", "My Horse", "My Walrus"
3) Winning the Golden Firehydrant, and all the dogs wanting to use it.

In just about every instance they went right up to "The Line" but did not cross it (or at least not tooo much), but Firedogs #2 crossed the line and didn't look back :(
