Overlaping DMAs?

My mother called me about 3 PM and said she now has the Little Rock,AR locals even though she's in the Shreveport,LA DMA she mentioned that the markets overlapped, not the only people in town to get LR either. :shrug:

NO DMA overlaps, except for a special situation in Zanesville, OH. That is one of the failings of the SHVIA.

Actaully just LR now, she got Shreveport but called and was switched to LR
