Think about how hot your car gets on a sunny day. Dell decided to harvest all that wasted energy by installing these solar panels in their parking lot. Now they're keeping cars cool and putting that sunlight to good use.
Saw that earlier today and at least it's efficent use of existing space now if they could bring up to the level fedex has done for their main hub in Tennesse that would be impressive

The oddest thing about that picture is that almost all of the cars are facing the same direction. In other words, half he people backed in and half drove in. Or, they just always pull through to the first spot. Weird.

Maybe they arranged the cars that way for the photo (or asked people to park in the same direction). One guy in the foreground didn't comply. :D

Yep, guy in the truck and the guy with the yellow sports car in the center of the photo didn't get the memo. Should have towed them.

Our office parking lot looks like that, too (sans the solar panels). It's because the entrance is on one end and the building is on the other, so everyone drive through the spaces (and as you may recall from the "Do you back in" thread, I hate that!) :) )
